Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote our products/services, drive sales growth, and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
• Promote and sell company products/services to prospective and existing customers
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
• Conduct product presentations and negotiations with clients
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns
• Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer feedback
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events as required
• Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales and marketing (freshers may apply, if applicable)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems is an advantage
• Willingness to travel, if required
