Job Title: Sales Closing Officer (Real Estate)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Closing Officer to convert leads into successful property sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, site visits, and closing deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound leads
Explain project details and pricing to clients
Coordinate and manage site visits
Follow up with interested prospects
Negotiate and close property deals
Maintain client database and sales records
Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:

Experience in real estate sales is an advantage
