Sales Officer

The Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling new and used Toyota vehicles to customers while delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, negotiating prices, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Toyota models and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
• Present and negotiate pricing, trade-in offers, and finance packages.
• Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Toyota models, features, and promotions.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a customer database (CRM).
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with the delivery and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Participate in promotional events, showroom displays, and marketing initiatives.
