Job Opening – Sales Officer (SBL Products)

We are currently hiring for the following position and request your support in sourcing suitable candidates.

Location: Tiruvannamalai

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Directly engage with customers to promote and sell SBL products.
• Collect, verify, and process KYC, income, and vehicle-related documentation.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure timely approvals and disbursements.
• Adhere strictly to internal credit and compliance policies.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of leads and support effective conversions.
• Achieve assigned monthly loan disbursement targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: min 1 year in SBL, sales, Micro LAP, or customer service (banking/NBFC experience preferred).
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Compensation:

• Salary: Up to ₹3.30 LPA
• Incentives: Up to ₹90,000 per month
