We are Hiring for EV Three-Wheeler – Sales & Service Technician

Position: EV 3-Wheeler Sales & Service Technician

Location: Chennai

Job Type: Full-Time

🔧 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Service & Technical Work

Perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of Electric 3-Wheeler vehicles.

Battery, controller, motor, wiring, brake, suspension, and electrical system troubleshooting.

Conduct pre-delivery inspection (PDI) for all new vehicles.

Handle field service calls and breakdown assistance.

Maintain service records and report issues to the service head.

2️⃣ Sales Support

Explain vehicle features and technical advantages to customers.

Support the sales team during demos and test drives.

Assist in installation of additional accessories (canopy, loaders, lights, battery upgrades, etc.).

3️⃣ Customer Service

Provide friendly, professional customer interaction.

Resolve complaints related to performance, mileage, or battery.

Educate customers on maintenance, charging, and safety practices.

📘 Required Skills

ITI / Diploma (Electrical / Automobile) preferred.

1–3 years experience in EV / automobile field (freshers also considered).

Good knowledge of 48V / 60V battery systems.

Ability to handle tools, multimeter, wiring work.

Basic communication skills in Tamil.

💼 Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience)
