Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and result-driven Field Sales & Marketing Executives to generate business from residential and commercial construction projects. The role involves visiting project sites, building relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and converting leads into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Development

• Visit under-construction residential and commercial project sites to identify potential business opportunities.
• Meet contractors, engineers, architects, and interior designers to introduce company products and services.
• Generate new leads from construction projects, décor studios, and interior design firms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and project consultants.

Sales Conversion

• Convert generated leads into confirmed orders.
• Present product solutions and conduct product pitching to architects, designers, and clients.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with clients for site measurements, product approvals, and installation schedules.
• Ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with customers, architects, and contractors.
• Provide post-installation support and follow-up.

Payment & Documentation

• Ensure timely payment follow-up and collections from customers when required.
• Maintain proper records of leads, orders, and project progress.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in Field Sales / Marketing (preferably interiors, building materials, furniture, modular products, laminates, etc.)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in field sales environment
• Knowledge of construction projects and interior industry will be an advantage
• Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally

• Experience working with architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders
• Good negotiation and sales closing skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
