Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic Loan Sales Team Leader to manage and guide a team of sales executives/telecallers for promoting financial products such as personal loans, business loans, home loans, and other banking products. The candidate should have strong leadership, sales, and communication skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of loan sales executives/telecallers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly loan sales targets.
• Train, motivate, and monitor team performance.
• Generate and manage leads for loan products.
• Build relationships with customers and banking partners.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of loan applications.
• Maintain daily sales reports and team performance records.
• Support recruitment and training of new team members.
