About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptionally motivated and experienced Salon & Spa Manager to lead operations at our flagship luxury facility in Anna Nagar, Chennai. This role is crucial to maintaining our reputation for excellence and profitability. The Manager will be the core driver of the business, responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring impeccable service standards, leading a high-performing team, and managing the day-to-day efficiency of the entire spa and salon operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales, Revenue, and Retention

• Sales Targets: Strategize, plan, and execute initiatives to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets across all services and retail products.

• Membership & Loyalty: Develop and implement effective membership retention strategies, focusing on maximizing client loyalty, repeat business, and high-value package sales.

• Pricing & Promotions: Oversee the successful launch and management of seasonal promotions and new service offerings.
