Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day salon operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure smooth scheduling of appointments and efficient client flow
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for products and supplies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business
- Maintain service consistency and salon standards
- Manage cash handling, billing, and daily sales reports
- Assist in budgeting and cost control
- Coordinate with owners or senior management on business performance
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise salon staff (stylists, therapists, receptionists)
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback
- Manage staff attendance, leave, and shift planning
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment
