Role - Security Incharge
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and monitor security procedures and protocols
- Supervise, train, and deploy security guards effectively.
- Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and leave plans.
- Ensure guards are properly uniformed, alert, and compliant with duties
- Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions if required.
- Maintain Attendance of Security and Drivers
Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Maintain visitor logs, gate passes, and ID verification.
