We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive accurate reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting expertise, analytical skills, and experience in managing financial statements, audits, and tax filings.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Accounting:

Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

Ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.

Manage general ledger accounts and perform reconciliations.

Assist in preparing budget forecasts and variance analysis.

Compliance & Audits:

Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and company policies.

Coordinate and support external and internal audits.

Oversee tax filings, VAT/GST compliance, and statutory reporting.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Supervise invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer collections.

Manage aging reports and resolve outstanding issues.

Implement internal controls to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Cost & Cash Flow Management:

Monitor and manage cash flow, cost controls, and financial risks.

Provide financial insights to optimize operational expenses.

Process Improvement & Team Leadership:

Develop and implement best practices for accounting policies and procedures.

Assist in system upgrades, automation, and financial process improvements.

Mentor and train junior accountants or finance team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred).

✅ Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

✅ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.

✅ Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

✅ More Preferrable: Experience in auditing firm
