Job Description
We are Hiring Senior Accountant For Our Company
Work Location : Perungudi, Chennai. Location.
Prior Experience in Tally.
All Accounts Maintained in Tally.
Processing of Daily Expense.
GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
Purchase Entries.
Payments handling as per credit policy.
Online payments Settlement. (Razor pay).
Bank Reconciliation Statements Daily & Monthly.
UPI and EDC Settlements recon and posting.
Debit Notes Processing of Suppliers In case of Short receipt or transit damage.
Party Ledger Matching.
GST filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B
Follow up with Vendors with details in case of Input Credit not processed by them In GSTR-1 and make sure the same is processed by them in the upcoming cycle.
Filing and Bundling of Monthly and yearly financial records.
Coordinating with banks for any clarifications and recon issues.
