Senior Accountant

Role Overview:

The Accounts Executive will handle day-to-day accounts, vendor coordination, payment processing, and statutory compliance for both branches, ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Company CA for all accounting and audit requirements
• Maintain and update daily accounts of the company
• Maintain all bills, invoices, and financial records
• Approve and process all vendor and expense payments
• Review and maintain petty cash statements
• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely GST payments
• Maintain GST accounts and support GST reconciliation
• Handle bank reconciliation and daily cash book entry
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Manage sales and purchase entries, stock-related accounting
• Prepare quotations and maintain quotation records
• Support payroll processing and employee attendance accounting (if needed)
• Provide daily/weekly branch financial report to management
• Ensure compliance with basic accounting policies and company procedures
