Senior Associate - Partnership CSR

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement the strategy for partnership and its growth and success. 

Collaborate with the other department to investigate the market and identify opportunities for expanding reach of programs and Projects

Responsible for Retaining the Partners 

Partners on-boarding, management and reporting

Ownership for Partners requesting Sheet 

Responsible for Voice of Customer in the Current Project 

Investigate the CSR History of Corporates and aligning their Schedule 7 with Organization Projects 

Proposal drafting and Pitch Decks creation & submitting those  for Approvals

Leading Associates and Junior Associates and others

Responsible for the Timely delivery of  Periodical Completion documents 

Responsible and Negotiating  for Compliance Clauses in the MoU on behalf of organization

Responsible to reach all the compliance documents to Partners on time

Offering the New and Innovative inclusive ways to grow the Partnership 

Maintain the CSR Database 

Inform the Project Confirmation to all the stakeholders with Supporting Documents

Attending Events and Programs on Behalf of Partnership

 Attending various conferences to nurture the Networking 

Maintaining the Cadence calls and Making it as History

Responsible for maintaining the good relationship with individual donors and Maximizing donor retentions 

Finding Projects through Grants and Government Portals Such as DARPAN

Liaison with Projects,Education and Community  for Daily Operations follow up

Liasion with Admin for Permission letters and Compliance documents

Liasion with Communication for Project Data and M&E Process

Liasion with finance for financial Documents
