Senior Field Sales Manager

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales of hand tools, power tools, and safety tools across the assigned territory. The role involves retail and corporate sales, dealer interaction, market development, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

BE in Engineering preferred

OR

Minimum 3+ years of industrial sales experience (if not an engineering graduate)

Skills & Experience:

Experience in industrial / B2B sales

Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and safety tools

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Target-driven and self-motivated

Willing to work from retail outlets and handle field sales

Other Requirements:

Must own a bike and mobile phone

Willing to travel within the territory
