Senior IT Support Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on IT Support Engineer from an IT AMC / System Integrator / Infrastructure support background who can handle customer technical issues, support us during customer discussions, and gradually grow into a leadership role by building and guiding a support team.

This role involves both remote support and onsite customer visits.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years experience in IT Support / IT Infrastructure / Field Support.
• Strong background in Technical Support, Information Technology, and Troubleshooting.
• Experience in IT AMC company / System Integrator / Corporate IT team.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL are a plus.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer IT setup and suggest the right support approach during discussions.
• Own the service delivery metrics as committed to the customer.
• Provide remote and onsite support to AMC customers for desktops, laptops, printers, network and basic server issues.
• Act as the main technical point of contact for customers and ensure issues are resolved quickly.
• Train and guide junior support engineers as the team grows.
• Prepare simple troubleshooting steps, SOPs, and support processes for Haboteck.
