Job Description

Sales Coordinator - Senior (Experiences will be 5+ Years)


Must oversees sales support operations, ensuring efficient workflows by managing client accounts, preparing commercial proposals, Understand SLAs, Contracts, and generating sales & MIS reports. They will act as a liaison between sales teams and other departments to increase productivity, often mentoring junior staff and monitoring performance metrics to meet targets. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Streamline sales activities, manage order processing, monitor inventory, and coordinate logistics to ensure timely client deliveries.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, review, and maintain sales contracts, proposals, and presentations. Analyze sales data to report on KPIs and month-end goals to management.
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM): Serve as a Single point of contact (SPOC) for key clients, handle escalated queries, and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Team Support & Leadership: Assist sales executives with leads, Handle Channel Partner/ Consultants for providing the right solutions & Commercials , schedule meetings, Handle tenders, RFPs, Pre bid queries and provide mentorship to junior coordinators.
  • Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to company sales policies, identify opportunities for process optimization, and maintain CRM data integrity. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 5+ years in sales support, administration, or coordination roles.
  • Education: Any Bachelor’s degree preferrable in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel with VLOOKUP/pivot tables) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, multitasking, and organizational skills. Preferrable Multilingual Skills

  • Order processing accuracy and speed.
  • Achievement of sales team quotas.
  • Reduction in order-to-delivery time.
  • Customer satisfaction scores.

-          With Good Excel Knowledge.

-          Excellent Communication Skills.

-          Must have experiences in managing key client accounts, preparing commercial proposals, Sales Reports.

-          Ensure adherence to company sales policies, identify opportunities for process optimization, and maintain CRM data integrity. 

-          Any bachelor’s degree preferrable in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

-          Preferences to be given for Bilingual knowledge.
