Job Description
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/database
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate project information
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
- Follow up regularly with prospects to maintain engagement
- Maintain and update CRM with customer interactions and status
- Coordinate with sales managers for closures
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling & conversion targets
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in real estate
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Knowledge of property sales, plots, villas, and apartments
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
- Fluency in English & Tamil (mandatory)
