Job Description
Senior Tele- caller - is responsible for supporting the admissions process at the college by ,
· Calling the prospective students and explain about MBA programme and push them for direct visits, effectively convince them to purchase the college applications.
· Handle inbound & outbound calls for student inquiries.
· Counsel students about courses, admissions, and eligibility.
· Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into admissions.
· Willing to participate in college expos and other marketing related activities.
· Assist with the application process, including reviewing and processing applications and supporting documentation
· Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the enrolment process
