Role OverviewWe are looking for experienced Telecallers / Telesales Executives who are confident in customer conversations, lead generation, and sales conversion.

This role is ideal for candidates with telecalling or telesales experience in financial services, insurance, loans, or credit cards.

Key Responsibilities• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain financial products

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions

• Maintain strong follow-ups with interested customers

• Build long-term customer relationships

• Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Candidate Requirements• Minimum 3 months – 2 years of telecalling / telesales experience

• Experience in insurance, loans, credit cards, or financial products preferred

• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge
