Job Description
We Are Hiring Service Engineer
Key Responsibilities
• Installation and setup of company machines at customer locations
• Preventive maintenance and servicing of machines
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues
• Attending service calls and resolving technical problems
• Preparing service reports after customer visits
• Coordinating with the internal technical support team
• Providing basic machine operation guidance to customers
Candidate Requirements
Education:
- ITI / Diploma / 12th with technical knowledge
- Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation preferred
Experience:
- 1 – 3 years in field service/machine installation/electronics repair
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of electronics or computer hardware
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication with customers
Additional Requirement
• Willingness to travel for service assignments across India
• Ability to work independently at customer sites
