Job Description
Responsibility:
.Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements (home, commercial, renovation)
· Explain tile varieties (vitrified, ceramic, parking tiles, elevation tiles, etc.)
· Suggest suitable designs, sizes, and combinations based on customer needs
· Prepare quotations and follow up for order conversion
· Coordinate with warehouse for stock availability and delivery
· Maintain customer database and handle enquiries
