– Site Supervisor (100% Site-Focused Role)

We are hiring a results-driven Site Supervisor who will take complete ownership of on-site execution. This role is strictly site-based and meant for professionals who can control manpower, push daily progress, and deliver quality work on time. If you are looking for a desk job, do not apply.

Key Responsibilities

On-Site Execution

• Full responsibility for daily site execution and progress

• Ensure work is carried out strictly as per drawings, specifications, and timelines

• Drive productivity and meet daily and weekly targets

Manpower & Contractor Control

• Manage labor, technicians, and subcontractors effectively

• Maintain site discipline and eliminate idle manpower

• Resolve site issues immediately to avoid delays

Quality & Rework Control

• Enforce quality standards and prevent rework

• Monitor workmanship and finishing continuously

• Ensure company quality benchmarks are met

Material & Resource Accountability

• Monitor material usage and prevent wastage

• Ensure timely availability of materials

• Maintain proper storage and material discipline

Safety & Site Discipline

• Enforce safety norms and mandatory PPE usage

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized site

• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies

Reporting & Coordination

• Submit daily progress and manpower reports

• Coordinate closely with Project Manager and engineers

• Support inspections and project handover activities

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma / ITI / Engineering (Civil )

• Minimum 2–5 years of proven site supervision experience

• Experience in construction / interiors / fit-out projects preferred

• Ability to read drawings and manage execution independently

Compensation & Terms

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

• Probation Period: 1 month

• Salary confirmation subject to performance during probation
