OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and responsible Site Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in construction site supervision, project execution, and quality control. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed on time, meets quality standards, and aligns with project specifications.

• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Ensure the execution of work as per drawings, standards, and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Monitor the progress of work and report daily updates.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with site safety regulations.
• Perform quality checks for materials and workmanship.
• Assist the project manager in planning, scheduling, and managing resources.
• Handle documentation, measurements, and site reports.
• Verify material requirements and coordinate with procurement teams.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure smooth execution of site operations.
• 🔹 Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma/B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of site experience in residential/commercial construction.
• Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, and construction techniques.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and safety standards.
• Ability to handle site labour and subcontractors effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
