SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING MANAGER

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn — depending on the brand)
• Develop engaging, on-brand posts and campaigns
• Work with graphics, captions, hashtags, and trends to grow our online presence
• Analyze insights and report performance with suggestions for improvement
• Engage with our community — comments, DMs, and story interactions
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align messaging
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and platform updates

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience managing social media accounts (internships count!)
• A stunning portfolio showing off your work (posts, campaigns, analytics — show us your vibe!)
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, engagement tactics, and content types
• Beginner-level editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express — bonus points!)
• Clear communication skills and an eye for aesthetics
• Organized, proactive, and excited to grow with a creative team

Nice to Have (But Not a Dealbreaker):

• Some knowledge of paid ads, influencer outreach, or basic SEO
• Experience with scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Comfort being on camera or directing short-form video content
