Sotware Product Designer

We're seeking a Software Product Designer who bridges design, business strategy, and domain expertise in AI products. You'll translate business requirements into user experiences for AI-powered features, working at the intersection of product strategy, emerging AI capabilities, market needs, and design execution.

What You'll Do

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand market needs and translate them into product experiences
• Design solutions that balance user experience with business goals and revenue objectives
• Design intuitive interfaces for AI-powered features, considering transparency, trust, and explainability
• Understand AI/ML capabilities and limitations to create realistic and valuable user experiences
• Conduct user and market research to identify opportunities and validate design decisions
• Create user flows, wireframes, and design specifications that communicate business value
• Present design recommendations to executives and stakeholders with clear business rationale
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning through design thinking

What We're Looking For

• 5 to 12 years of experience designing software products with strong business acumen
• Experience designing AI-powered products or features (chatbots, recommendations, automation, predictive analytics)
• Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and how to design effective human-AI interactions
• MBA or equivalent business education preferred
• Deep understanding of business models, market dynamics, and competitive strategy
• Strong domain knowledge in [industry/sector - e.g., fintech, healthcare, e-commerce]
• Ability to speak the language of business stakeholders and translate technical concepts
• Experience designing for business users and complex enterprise workflows
• Strategic thinking with ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes
• Portfolio demonstrating business impact and user-centered solutions
