We are looking for an experienced South Indian Cook to join our hotel kitchen team. The candidate should be skilled in preparing authentic South Indian dishes such as idli, dosa, vada, sambar, chutneys, and other breakfast and tiffin items, while maintaining consistency in taste and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare South Indian breakfast and tiffin items efficiently
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety standards
• Ensure timely preparation and service for guests
• Manage kitchen supplies and assist in basic inventory control

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a South Indian cook in a hotel or restaurant
• Ability to handle breakfast service independently
• Good understanding of food quality and hygiene standards
