Job Description
Monitor and maintain accurate stock records and inventory systems
Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock deliveries
Organize and store products properly in the warehouse or stockroom
Conduct regular stock counts and audits
Identify and report damaged, expired, or missing items
Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to ensure stock availability
Prepare stock reports and update inventory databases
Ensure proper labeling, shelving, and stock rotation (FIFO)
Follow safety, storage, and loss-prevention procedures
