Supervisor/Incharge/Marketing Executive

Core Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Execution: Overseeing the day-to-day installation activities to ensure compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Quality Control: Inspecting the surface preparation (priming, filling), wallpaper application, alignment, and pattern matching to ensure a high-quality finish, addressing any defects or bubbles immediately.
• Material Management: Managing the delivery, storage, and inventory of wallpaper rolls, adhesives, and tools, ensuring proper handling to prevent wastage.
• Contractor Coordination: Guiding installers and subcontractors, scheduling daily/weekly tasks, and ensuring they follow safety protocols.
• Pre- and Post-Site Inspections: Conducting site visits before installation to verify site readiness (e.g., walls are dry, smooth) and after installation to confirm client satisfaction.
• Reporting & Communication: Providing daily/weekly updates to the project manager or client on project progress, delays, or issues.
• Safety Compliance: Enforcing health and safety regulations, such as ensuring proper use of scaffolding, ladders, and protective gear.
