Job Title: Tele‑Collection Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to delinquent accounts.
- If no response, conduct field visits to secure payment.
- Maintain accurate records of calls & visits.
- Handle hard‑collection & ground‑level recovery.
Requirements
- 1 – 5 years of calling/collection experience.
- Male candidate only.
- Comfortable with face‑to‑face interactions.
- Strong communication & customer‑mindset skills.
