Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items in the tandoor oven, such as naan, roti, kulcha, kebabs, tikkas, and grilled dishes.
- Marinate meats and vegetables with proper spice blends and flavors.
- Ensure the tandoor is operated safely and maintained at the correct temperature.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Monitor and manage inventory of tandoor-related ingredients and supplies.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Adhere to all food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in menu development for tandoori and grilled items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tandoor area.
