Team Leader - Operations

1. Team Management & Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly & quarterly targets
• Assign leads and monitor follow-ups
• Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews
• Train new agents on sales process, site visits, and closing techniques
• Maintain team discipline and productivity

2. Sales Target Achievement

• Achieve individual & team sales targets
• Develop sales strategies to improve conversion ratio
• Track pipeline, bookings, revenue & collections
• Ensure timely closure of deals

3. Lead Management

• Distribute inbound & outbound leads effectively
• Monitor CRM updates and ensure proper data entry
• Improve lead-to-site visit and site visit-to-booking conversion

4. Client Handling

• Support team during negotiations and high-value deals
• Handle escalated customer issues
• Ensure excellent customer experience

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales reports
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM & operations teams
• Ensure proper documentation for bookings.
