Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our technical team as Technical Assistants. The role involves supporting senior auditors in ISO management system audits, documentation, research, and client coordination.

This is a learning-oriented role with exposure to ISO standards and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to support timely completion of audit-related activities under senior guidance
• Assist senior auditors in audit preparation, documentation, and report drafting
• Support research and basic analysis related to ISO standards and technical requirements
• Attend internal technical training programs and client meetings (local and overseas – virtual/physical)
• Prepare and maintain audit records, checklists, and meeting minutes
• Visit client sites (when required) to support ISO implementation and compliance documentation
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of client data and audit information

Eligibility & Skills

• Freshers with Engineering / Diploma / Science degree
• Candidates with backlogs may apply
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or technical processes is an advantage
• Willingness to learn ISO standards and audit methodologies
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
