Job Description:We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer who will play a key role in driving solar sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth project coordination. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in renewable energy and the ability to combine technical knowledge with sales skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and follow up on new business leads.
  • Maintain and update customer and lead data in CRM or Excel sheets.
  • Conduct client meetings, explain solar system benefits, and provide suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and technical documents.
  • Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for project execution.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries and ensure post-sale support and satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and client presentations.
  • Qualifications & Skills:Education: BE/B.Tech (EEE, ECE, Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates (0–2 years) are welcome.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Interest or prior exposure to the solar/renewable energy sector preferred.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
