Job Description – Telecollection Executive
Company: HDB Financial Services Ltd
Department: Collections / Telecollection
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for overdue EMI / loan payments
- Follow up and ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts
- Explain payment modes, settlement options, and consequences of non-payment
- Record customer interactions, PTP commitments, and follow-ups accurately
- Coordinate with field collection teams when required
- Maintain professional and compliant communication as per RBI guidelines
- Achieve assigned monthly collection targets
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 12th / Any Graduation
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
- Strong communication skills in Tamil
- Telugu & Malayalam language knowledge is an added advantage
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Skills RequiredNegotiation and convincing skills
- Customer handling & follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of finance/collections preferred
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
