Job Description:We are looking for a Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, interact with customers, and support business operations. The candidate should have good communication skills and a polite, customer-friendly approach.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
• Follow up with potential customers and generate leads.
• Maintain call records and customer data.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
• Pleasant voice and confident speaking ability.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in a target-based environment.
