Job Summary
The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to generate leads for loan products, explain offerings, and schedule appointments for the sales team while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases
- Explain loan products such as Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and LAP
- Generate quality leads and fix appointments for Relationship Managers
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records
- Update customer details and lead status in CRM/MIS
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets
- Handle customer queries and provide basic product information
- Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction
