Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote products or services
• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve basic queries
• Ensure polite, professional, and positive communication at all times
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats
• Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required
• Maintain a professional, polite, and customer-focused approach
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
