Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and generate new business leads for Accordex Systems’ software solutions through phone calls, emails, and networking.
• Make outbound tele-calls to potential customers, introduce company products, and explain features and benefits.
• Arrange and conduct online or in-person product demonstrations and presentations.
• Nurture leads throughout the sales process to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer contacts, and sales activities in CRM.
• Achieve set targets for lead generation, client meetings, and sales closures.
• Collect and relay feedback from customers to improve products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer experience in every interaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business/Marketing/IT preferred).
• 1+ year experience in sales, telecalling, lead generation, or similar customer-facing roles, ideally in the IT/software domain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to achieve targets.
• Good command of English (knowledge of regional languages is an asset).
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales/telecalling best practices is an advantage.
