Job Description:We are looking for energetic Telecallers to handle student enquiries for study-abroad programs. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of study destinations and a strong ability to communicate, follow up, and convert leads into counselling appointments or admissions.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to students and explain study-abroad opportunities.
• Follow up with leads from inquiries, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Fix appointments for counsellors and ensure students attend sessions.
• Share information about courses, countries, and basic admission requirements.
• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and interested students.
• Support counsellors in achieving monthly admission targets.
• Provide timely updates to the team on lead progress.
• Requirements:Minimum 6 months of calling or customer support experience preferred (freshers welcome with good communication).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of study-abroad process is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle high call volume and follow-up effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
