Telecaller

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate with customers, and support the sales team. The candidate will be responsible for explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

Explain company products or services clearly to customers

Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team

Follow up with customers regarding enquiries or orders

Maintain a record of customer details and call information

Handle customer questions and provide accurate information

Build good relationships with customers through professional communication

Achieve daily or monthly calling and lead targets

Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements

Update call reports and customer details in the system

Requirements:

Good communication skills

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to handle customer calls politely

Previous telecalling or customer service experience preferred
