Telecaller

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inbound inquiries, and maintaining good customer relationships to generate leads or close sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services or generate leads.
• Handle inbound customer queries in a professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about the company's offerings.
• Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in the system.
• Follow up with interested customers through phone calls or emails.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team lead or management.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex queries when necessary.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude during all interactions.
