Make outbound telecalling to potential customers
Promote MSME Loans, Personal Loans, and Micro Loan products
Provide loan consultations and advisory support to clients
Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation process clearly
Follow up with interested customers and close sales over call
Maintain daily call records and customer data
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
