Telecaller

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to inform them about furniture products, offers, and showroom promotions.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding their furniture requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide details about products, prices, and availability.
• Schedule showroom visits or appointments for customers.
• Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
• Support the sales team by generating leads through telecalling.
• Address customer complaints politely and escalate issues if required.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (Tamil / English preferred).
• Basic knowledge of furniture products is an added advantage.
• Ability to convince and handle customers over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM entry).
• Good follow-up and customer handling skills.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate / Diploma.
• 0–2 years experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.
