- Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
- Clear & effectively explaining the benefits & features of course details to students and parents.
- Follow-up on leads & generated through various marketing efforts.
- Identifying & qualifying potential customers.
- Basic knowledge on MS excel to maintain the accurate records on daily basis.
- Mandatory language fluency in Tamil, Hindi & English.
- Both Freshers & Experience can apply.
- Prefer to join within a week after got selected on final interview call.
