Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and professional Telecallers for our Debt Recovery team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting defaulters and reminding them of pending dues, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely collections in a courteous and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments.
• Inform customers of pending dues and payment deadlines.
• Negotiate repayment schedules as per company guidelines.
• Maintain records of conversations and update the system regularly.
• Follow up with customers until payment is received.
• Handle customer queries and objections calmly and professionally.
• Escalate issues to the senior team when necessary.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and recovery targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate.
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of computers and data entry.
• Patience, confidence, and persistence in handling difficult customers.
• Previous experience in debt recovery or BPO (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
