Job Description:We are hiring an experienced Telecaller for our Chennai location. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
• Explain products/services and convince customers
• Follow up on leads and maintain proper records
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during calls
• Requirements:Minimum 6 months of experience as a Telecaller
• Good communication skills in Tamil and/or English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle objections and close leads
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
