Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain our real estate projects, and generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Call prospective clients and explain project details
Generate and follow up on leads
Schedule site visits for sales team
Maintain customer database and call records
Handle customer queries professionally
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Tamil & English)
Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred)
Ability to convince and handle objections
