Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller who is fluent in Hindi and Tamil to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers over the phone. Knowledge of Telugu and/or Kannada will be an added advantage.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow-up calls.
- Provide information about products/services and address customer queries.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams for lead conversion.
Along with Fixed Salary , Incentives will be given as per sales
