🔹  Key Responsibilities :

• Making outbound calls to potential or existing customers
• Answering incoming calls and resolving customer queries
• Explaining products or services clearly and confidently
• Generating leads and converting them into sales
• Maintaining customer records and updating databases
• Following up with customers for feedback or future sales
• Meeting daily/weekly call and sales targets

🔹 Required Skills :

• Strong communication skills (English + Tamil preferred in Chennai)
• Good listening and convincing ability
• Basic computer knowledge
• Patience and positive attitude
• Ability to handle rejection and pressure
